Shipping Information

Every product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

We strive to fulfill orders within 3-5 business days depending on order size, with shipping times varying, approximately 3-5 business days

Return & Exchange Information

​​Due to products being custom/made to order, we do not accept returns or size/color exchanges.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. Photographic proof is be required. Please email acefarmcreations@gmail.com

 

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please email acefarmcreations@gmail.com.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
